I can highly recommend this service after my LG front loader washing machine (just out of its 10yr warranty) displayed an error message relating to the pump/drainage hose. Despite following the manual and "washing" my laundry floor a couple of times, I contacted Warradale Appliance Service. Russell was most helpful and managed to book a home service in two days and he clearly relayed their service charges which I thought were reasonable. Russell was prompt, very knowledgeable, and confirmed the pump needed replacing.  The job was completed in approximately 30 minutes. Could not be more helpful or knowledgeable attacked our 27 yo Jen air fridge with energy and competence !  No parts available as they are not in Australia now  so managed to add part from another fridge and get us up and going again! Very practical and efficient and doesn’t understand the word cant !!! Timely efficient practical and reasonable price !!

An excellent repair service. Phoned and discussed with Russell early morning where he essentially diagnosed the problem with our fridge straight up and gave a quote. By lunchtime he attended with the replacement part >> all fixed. Highly recommend.
