Highly recommend Warradale Appliance. Explained and discussed our problem with Russell over the phone. Came out Monday, wasn't what we thought but he knew what it was. Russell attendance was also very prompt and the work completed and thorough.
Honest, good old fashioned service, good to see there are still people like this. Thank you Russell

Great experience dealing with Russell today. He was friendly, professional, and very clear in his communication. He quickly found the fault, explained everything in plain English, and made what could have been a stressful repair a very easy experience.

I'd happily recommend Russell to anyone looking for a reliable appliance technician.

First time using their service today,
Suprised when they could fit me in the day after I had called and great customer service very helpful and friendly.
Keeping the details for future issues prompt fix on my fridge that didn’t take long.

Responded to my call about our broken washing machine with same day service. Fixed the issue after identifying cause quickly. Very reasonable service fee. Russell was very friendly and professional. One happy customer. Much appreciated.

I can highly recommend this service after my LG front loader washing machine (just out of its 10yr warranty) displayed an error message relating to the pump/drainage hose. Despite following the manual and "washing" my laundry floor a couple of times, I contacted Warradale Appliance Service. Russell was most helpful and managed to book a home service in two days and he clearly relayed their service charges which I thought were reasonable. Russell was prompt, very knowledgeable, and confirmed the pump needed replacing. The job was completed in approximately 30 minutes. I have done a load of washing this afternoon and am so happy my machine is working well. Thank you Russell.

Excellent over the phone customer service
Asked good questions and gave us a solution without coming on-site so definitely interested in helping us out more than his back pocket
Thanks 😁

An excellent repair service. Phoned and discussed with Russell early morning where he essentially diagnosed the problem with our fridge straight up and gave a quote. By lunchtime he attended with the replacement part >> all fixed. Highly recommend.
